Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Loyalty Rewards mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use the Loyalty Rewards app for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software in the app
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server
Account Registration
To use certain features of the app, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Rewards Program
The Loyalty Rewards program allows you to collect stamps and points from participating merchants:
- Points and stamps have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Rewards are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time
- Points and stamps may expire according to merchant-specific policies
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time
- Fraudulent activity may result in account termination and forfeiture of all rewards
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the app
- Interfere with or disrupt the app or servers or networks connected to the app
- Use any automated system to access the app
- Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the app
Disclaimer
The materials on Loyalty Rewards app are provided on an as is basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Limitations
In no event shall Loyalty Rewards or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the app, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Modifications
We may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this app, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
